مجلة (أطلنتس) على قرائها الأفاضل في كل عدد جديد بُغية أداء رسالتها
الثقافية من أجل تنوير الرأي العام، وتثقيف شرائح المجتمع المختلفة. باعتبارها
منبرا ثقافيا يعبر المثقفون من خلاله عن آراءهم السديدة، وبعرض وجهات نظرهم التي
تطال موضوعات وقضايا وظواهر مختلفة بالتحليل، والدرس، والتشريح، والتقويم. لذلك،
كانت مجلتنا متنوعة الأبواب، ومتعددة المجالات والاهتمامات. بمعنى أنها تشتغل ضمن
رؤية موسوعية، وتخوض في المواضيع الراهنة التي تهم مختلف الحقول المعرفية .
وقد سعينا جادين إلى أن تكون المجلة منتظمة
الصدور، وقد عزمنا كذلك أن تكون المجلة مُحكمة معترف بها وطنيا ودوليا. ومن ثم،
تحضن المجلة هيئة تحريرية جادة تسهم في إخراج المجلة أحسن إخراج، كما تتوفر المجلة
على لجنة علمية تقوم بمهمة التحكيم والمراجعة لكي يكون المقال جيدا على مستوى
الكتابة، والإخراج، والتنظيم.
وتتميز المجلة بانفتاحها على جميع الأقلام،
وتنشر للجميع بلا استثناء، بشرط أن يكون المقال ذا جودة على مستوى المضمون،
والشكل، والكتابة.
وتعمل المجلة جادة من أجل الحصول على مقاييس
دولية في التحكيم والتقويم من أجل تطوير المجلة لكي تكون منبرا للكتاب والمثقفين
والباحثين الأكاديميين على حد سواء.
وملاك الأمر أن يستمر هذا المشروع العلمي
النير الذي
يهدف إلى وضع لبنة في مسار النشر الأكاديمي المحكم ببلدنا العزيز. فضلا عن
الارتقاء بالبحث العلمي تقويما وتوجيها. ولا يمكن أن ينجح هذا العمل المتميز إلا
بمساعدة مجموعة من المستشارين والمحكمين والمحررين والمدققين والتقنيين والمراجعين
اللغويين على حد سواء.

addresses its esteemed readers in every new issue in order to fulfill its
cultural mission in order to enlighten public opinion and educate different
segments of society. As a cultural platform through which intellectuals express

issues, and phenomena through analysis, study, dissection, and evaluation.
Therefore, our magazine had a wide variety of topics, fields and interests.
Meaning that it works within an encyclopedic vision, and delves into current
topics of interest to various fields of knowledge.
We have endeavored seriously to ensure
that the magazine is regularly published, and we have also intended for the
magazine to be peer-reviewed and recognized nationally and internationally.
Hence, the magazine has a serious editorial board that contributes to producing
the magazine in the best possible way. The magazine also has a scientific
committee that undertakes the task of arbitration and review so that the
article is good at the level of writing, directing, and organization.
The magazine is distinguished by its
openness to all writers, and is published by everyone without exception,
provided that the article is of high quality in terms of content, form, and
writing.
